The 39th Annual St. Malachi Church Run (photos and video)
/Yesterday was one of our favorite events, the 39th Annual St. Malachi Church Run. Yes, we like it because it crosses the Cuyahoga River twice, but the REAL reason is 1) it’s a sure sign spring is right around the corner, 2) St. Patrick’s Day is close, and 3) we recognize what a huge impact the race has on funding St. Malachi Parish ministries to Cleveland’s most needy.
As a thank you to all the runners and walkers who supported this year’s race by participating, here’s a look at the race through photos and video. If you didn’t run, or would like to make an additional contribution to assist St. Malachi Church ministries, click on the red “DONATE” button on the upper right corner of their webpage! http://www.stmalachi.org/ministries/
With Saturday’s run under your belt, all St. Malachi Church Run participants are invited to join us for Blazing Paddles, an on-the-water celebration of how far the Cuyahoga River has come since the June 22, 1969 fire. We’re part of Sustainable Cleveland’s #Cuyahoga50 and Destination Cleveland’s #VisitMeInCLE. See you on June 22, 2019 at Rivergate Park! http://sharetheriver.com/blazing-paddles
